2. UCEA Pay Offer 2024-25 Annualised
Thank you to members for completing the short survey on the final UCEA offer for this year. Your responses were submitted at the recent Branch Delegate Meeting, and will inform the 27th September HEC (Higher Education Committee) meeting to decide next steps. Members had questions about the pay offer, especially regarding the staging of the pay offer in two tranches. Branch Officers have calculated the annual percentage pay increase for August 2024-25.
